My child, a priest is a priest for all eternity. Alas, some carry My priesthood as far as hell. Do you know that the abundance of graces received does not exclude the unworthiness of the recipient? The temple of the Holy Ghost is not always a dwelling-place worthy of Him. It is no less true that the attributes accorded by Me to one or another soul exist for eternity, whatever that eternity may be.

Fear My justice, if you do not listen to My Voice. You are no longer the guides of My people, you are their executioners. If the world is suffering at this moment a great responsibility rests on you. The evil is great but, if you wish it, not incurable. Drive out this need of yours to show yourself of value in the eyes of the world, need which is in contradiction to the holiness of your priesthood. Do not veil the beauty of this priesthood by your conduct totally opposed to the clearness of My teachings.

Do not enter further combat with Me. You will not be the stronger. Look after those whom I have confided to your care. Obey My Minister ( the Holy Pontiff ) as you would obey Me, for he is guided by My Spirit, whereas the spirit of the world has taken possession of you. Where discord is, Uncreated Love is not. Love one another for My love and be firmly united. Help Me also to save My heritage, gravely compromised by your dissension's. Contradiction does not become a child of God and of the Church. Is it characteristic of the rebel angels. And what became of them?

(Do you feel the broken Heart of a God? Are you moved by His Pleading? The Pleading comes before His Justice. I would never want the responsibility of the Lord's priest. What an awesome responsibility! Please pray for our priests.)

Violence, hatred, hypocrisy, the scorn of holy things, inordinate pride, the profanation of My Sacrament of Love, destroyers of holy statues, revolt against authority, lack of initiative, slackness among many, the cowardice of timid hearts who by human respect do not dare to raise their voices to redress and proclaim the Truth: those are the enemies of the Church, those must be vanquished. Be strong in My Power. I am with you for a good fight.

They (priests) bear the responsibility of My Body and My Blood. Of what other use are they? Profanation's are countless. Under pretext of solicitude and of doing good, they fall into the bottomless pit from which no one returns.

The priest ought not to be a man of the world, but above all he should be a man of God. By his conduct he must merit the respect due to him as a priest, respect which many priest have lost through their own fault. The faithful must recognize My authority in him, for from Me he holds the power to do and to undo. The priest can save the world, but he himself lacks holiness he can cause the lost of souls. I desire and ask of My priests to organize penitential ceremonies in reparation for the sins which outrage My divine Heart unceasingly. The priest has power over souls only as long as he stays in the place his Creator has assigned to him: not INNOVATOR, but CREATOR of holiness by his example; at the disposition, any hour of the day or night, of souls I confide to him and whom he must lead to Me. His holiness must be contagious and gain the whole world. Let him turn away from the world's devices to devote himself to what I expect from him. The role of the priest is great. He must become aware of his responsibility and of the power he holds from Me. The priest should not substitute himself for God in a soul but do what God gives him to do in order that this soul may open its heart to Love. Representative of his Lord and Master as he is, he must realize that without Him he can do nothing.

The priest is a fisher of souls. His holiness is the bait he uses to attract them. A priest who is not holy fishes in troubled waters and his takings will be mediocre or even nil. To love his brothers is above all to love their eternal salvation, to teach them how to love and to accept the Cross which saves. To love is to throw back as far as possible their human limitations to make place for My Light, which is in opposition to every worldly obstacle.

The priest's desire should be to give Me souls, paying for them by renouncing his own egoism and his love of comfort. In him My Spirit accomplishes marvels of grace, while the spirit of the world estranges souls from the God of love.

Help My priests, my children, to become holy by loving them and offering for them your little sacrifices, by which you sanctify yourself as well as sanctifying My priests. May My Spirit rejoice your heart by consuming it with the fire of My love.

The priest is a man of God, not of the world. Men should recognize in Him the living God and therefore treat him with respect and prayerful affection. To the priest, the Creator has confided the salvation of souls. For this he must make God's word known to them, help them in their ascension towards Heaven, exalt good and condemn evil. Howling with rage, the enemy is wreaking ruin and misery everywhere.

May the priest be conscious of the importance of his mission on earth, and of the power I have given him. Let him withdraw from the world's seductions. I am not to be found in modern activism. I am in the humble and prayerful who accepts My Commandments, I am in the apostolate of the children of My Heart.

The world may judge a priest on what seems to be: I will judge him on the souls he has given Me, on the souls he has lost by his infidelity to his God. Respect priests, for priests they are and priests they will remain. Do not judge all priests by the conduct of a certain number among them. By loving God in them, you will love them sufficiently to save them. Take pity on the misery of one and all of them.

If the priest turns to God and bears witness to Him by his conduct, he will live in God and with him. But if he watches the life of the world and shares in its errors, he will lose himself in it, and with himself he will lose those souls for whom he is responsible before Me. To live in Me is to save the world.
